Delicious. Hands Down.
Toto’s Cookies are one of my favorite sweet treats to end the night. I am obsessed with all of their flavors, especially the classic sea salt chocolate chip. The only reason I give the Smores flavor 4 stars is due to the fact that they use carrageenan. No other flavors use this ingredient!!
